Minh has been a licensed massage therapist for almost 20 years. A 2016 graduate of National Institute of Wellness and Esthetics 2200 hours massage therapy program here in Calgary. Minh also is a graduate of the Toronto School of Natural Health in 1999. She also has taken many courses from the Calgary Collage of Holistic Health from 1997 thru to 2014
Minh is experienced in many forms of traditional massage from Hot Stones Cupping Therapy Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Swedish Relaxation, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Stretching Release
Minh has developed a blend of techniques making her massage unique to each client and their specific needs. She excels in finding and relieving those painful and stressful areas within muscle tissue and making them relax and stress free.
When Minh isn’t serving her clients at, she like to cook and walk her dog Spots.
Heather found her passion for Chinese Medicine after seeing firsthand how powerful this alternative Medicine really is. After treating a wide variety of conditions from pain, insomnia, fertility, PMS, stress and anxiety, menopause, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, concussions ( to name a few) it was apparent to Heather that this Medicine needed to be used more readily. The results were amazing! And some with just a few treatments! Today, Heather still gets excited to see her clients results and how many conditions this Medicine can treat safely and naturally. Outside of being a Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Heather feels lucky to be the mom of her amazing young daughter Sydney and is grateful for this wonderful life she gets to live.
Dr. Jirjis began his formal education at the University of Alberta, before moving to Portland, Oregon to attain a Bachelor of Science in Human biology, a Master of Science in Sports Medicine and a Doctor of Chiropractic from the University of Western States. As a former martial arts instructor, he has a keen eye for evaluating the body’s kinesthetics and loves working hands on with patients to help them meet their individual fitness goals. He has also worked closely with a variety of athletes, providing sideline care for a number of sporting events, including rodeos, marathons, rugby and football games. Matt’s multifaceted approach to patient care includes treatments like spinal manipulative therapy, myofascial release, rehabilitation exercise training and lifestyle counseling. In his free time Matt enjoys weightlifting, martial arts, guitar, hockey, and hiking.
Doctor Link is an intuitive practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine, and the art of alchemy with acupuncture; he who sees the union of health as the root of well being.
To clearly see the union of a person, he dilutes the separation of physical health with emotional body, and seeks to unify the three treasures; mind, body and spirit, known as Jing, Qi, and Shen.
Dr. Link works with client's digestive system to bridge a new communication pathway for proper nutrition that than can begin to restore the state of health of each individual, resetting bodily somantic to begin healing from within.
Vikas Garg is a Registered Physiotherapist and co-founder of Monterey Park Physiotherapy. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from India and a PG Diploma in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotions from Toronto and has been practicing in Calgary since 2014. Vikas is a firm believer in continuing his education and developing his skills. He holds certifications in dry needling, post-concussion management, vestibular therapy, and custom foot orthotics.
Vikas has worked in various clinics across Calgary and treated numerous conditions including: back and neck injuries, sport injuries, TMJ injuries, vestibular therapy, post concussion management and MVA related conditions. He has developed multiple skills and has strong hands on experience. He is able to assess and treat patients based on their individual needs, which results in custom treatments that are effective at resolving his patients’ conditions.
Aside from his ongoing passion and commitment to his practice, Vikas enjoys living an active lifestyle through hiking, camping, and traveling with his wife and son.
Shainy is young, passionate and dynamic professional with a commitment to serving people. Shainy completed her bachelor’s degree of physiotherapy in 2007 and obtained her master’s degree in 2011. During her experience she had the privilege of treating patients of all ages and background in various multidisciplinary setting. She is trained in functional dry needling, manual therapy, Kinesio taping, Graston technique, post-concussion management, vestibular and temporomandibular joint disorder.
Shainy is a Level 1 certified pelvic floor physiotherapist. She is passionate about helping those with a wide variety of issues ranging from pregnancy related pain and deconditioning, pelvic pain including intimacy, urinary and fecal incontinence. Her clinical practice includes manual therapy, muscle retraining and specific exercise prescription. She is always eager to learn more, share more and provide high quality service to clients using evidence-based research and techniques. Her goal is to help her patient’s move better, feel better and return to doing the things that they love.
Dedicated to continuing her education and evolving her skills, Shainy consistently thrives to evolve her practice by merging the most recent, evidence-based literature with a holistic approach. She is passionate about her work and takes pride in connecting with her patients as they embark on their healing journeys.
Shainy love to spend time with her family and friends during her spare time. She loves traveling to new places, cooking, baking and workout.
